We're sustainable, we're affordable and we're effective. All M1 Masks are manufactured with a medical-grade fabric sourced from a world leading production facility for hospitals and clinics.
As for the fit, they're designed for maximum comfort with everyday use. Using a unique blend of synthetic fibers & premium cotton, we have been able to create a mask that is strong, fluid-resistant, and still breathable. Providing super comfy protection. Our masks are Airborne Ingression tested, Waterborne Ingression tested & provide an effective 99.9% Barrier Protection.
How do we achieve that 99.9% barrier protection?
High quality and consistent (SMS) Spun-bond / Melt-blown / Spun-bond Wrap.
Spun-bond network consists of long, strong and thick polypropylene filaments.
Melt-blown layers are made of short and thin polypropylene microfibers.
Are all your masks made with the same medical fabric?
Yes, all of our masks are made with a hospital grade fabric. Our masks are all made with one layer of medical fabric and then one layer of a cotton or linen fabric.
A single layer of the medical fabric is 98-99.9% effective as a barrier protection. For the mask we call ‘Clinical’ we use the hospital fabric as the layer you would wear on the outside. It would be a good option for businesses such as physiotherapy offices.
We charge a 8% manufacturing & processing fee for logo/branding application.
